Have peace of mind that your home is secure while you are away with our peace of mind inspection. We will do a weekly, monthly, or just one time 20- point walk through inspection of your home and check for potential problems and report to you via phone, email, or fax after each inspection. Weekly, monthly, or just one time. Prices start at $40.

If your home is in need of any kind of repairs or maintenance gives us a call and we will arrange for it to be done. We will call someone from our preferred vendor list and we will call you with an estimate before work is done. You will be billed from the contractor directly. If services are arranged through us we will wait at your home for contractors to arrive, check and take pictures of finished work if needed and report to you when finished.

Grocery Shopping. Give us a call or send an email before 5pm the day before you arrive and provide us with your shopping list. When you arrive your fridge will be stocked. So sit back and relax and let us do the shopping. $50 plus cost of items.

Cleaning Service. No time to clean before you leave, pack and go. No worries! We will clean your home, take off trash, wash linens and have it ready for your next arrival. Call for pricing.

Delivery Reception. If you are away and a delivery is needed, don’t worry. Magnolia Home Services will accept packages and deliveries of all sizes. Give us a call and we will make sure it’s inside and waiting for you when you arrive. $20

Wait Service. We will wait at your home for service/maintenance/delivery person. Price depends on length of wait.

Yard Service. Call us and we will arrange your yard service, weekly/bi-weekly/or just one time. You will be contacted with an estimate before work is done and you will be billed directly from the service provider.

Arrival. Call us with the date and time of your arrival and we will adjust your heat/ac, open windows, etc. This is a free service if you have a contract with us for peace of mind inspection or if we are delivering groceries. Otherwise $20.

Special Occasions. Need something special for an anniversary, birthday, or just because? Flowers, chilled wine, gifts picked up or delivered, cakes, etc. Let us know and we will have it waiting on you. $20 plus cost of items.

Boat Service. Need boat maintenance, repair, winterization or detailing? Call us and we can schedule that for you.

Furniture Removal.  If you have unwanted furniture or appliances call us and we will remove and dispose of it for you. Price depends on quantity.
